We'll get on the phone first and figure out what you're actually after, which is usually not what people write down on the first call.
Then we'll set up searches that match, including the ones that never hit the open market. In a community this small, houses move through conversation before they're ever listed.
When you find it, we handle the offer, the inspections, the negotiation, and the parts nobody warned you about.
